6. Incomplete application will be rejected.

7. Last date for entering XII mark is 3 days from the date of XII result publication.

8. Merit list will be displayed in the college website.

9. Candidates form other state and CBSE borad should submit migration certificate during admission.

10. Further communication regarding admission will be sent to your registered email id only (Please check your spam folder also).

11. Provide only the contact information(mobile no/email id) of the applicant only.

12. SC,ST applicant for Unaided Shift II Only One Application is free of cost.

13. Use the XII standard registration number to aplly.Marks has to be updated within 3 days from the date of publication of the results using the link provided https://dgvc.in/downloadapplication

15. Other Board Students should only upload the correct subject with the marks.

16. 10th and 11th marks are mandatory without 10th and 11th marks you cannot submit the application. If you don’t have 11th marks get it from your school

17. Other Board Students should submit their eligibility certificate from Madras University on the time of counselling .

SC/ST Students should provide digital community certificate at the time of admission
