3.Enter the marks accurately in the given order in following X,XI,XII mark sheet.

4. Enter Community details accurately, incorrect entries will invalid the form.

5. Ensure all entries are filled correctly.

6. Incomplete application will be rejected.

7. Last date for entering XII marks is 3 days from the date of XII result publication.

8. Merit list will be displayed in the college website.

9. Candidates from other states and all CBSE board should submit migration certificate during admission.

10. Further communication regarding admission will be sent to your to you by registered email id or SMS (Please check your spam folder also).

11. Provide only the contact information(moblie no/email id) of the applicant.

12.Linguistic minority students must fill the Linguistic minority column of the application (Gujarathi-Vaishnav,Maheshwari,Agarwal).

13. SC,ST applicant for Unaided Shift II Only One Application is free of cost.

14. Clearly enter your EMIS id (contact your school for EMIS id).

15. B.Sc Data Science is not equivalent to B.Sc. Computer Science / B.Sc Statistics.

16. Use the XII standard registration number to apply. Marks has to be updated within 3 days from the date of publication of the results with the link provided https://dgvc.in/downloadapplication

18. 10th and 11th marks are mandatory without 10th and 11th marks you cannot submit the application. If you don’t have 11th marks get it from your school

Students applying for Visual Communication should upload their port folio using their drive and the link has to be attached in the application
