3. Enter the Community details accuretly if wrongly entered that form will not be valid.

4. Ensure all the entries are filled correctly.

5. Incomplete application will be rejected.

6. Last date for entering XII mark is 3 days from the date of XII result publication.

7. Merit list will be displayed in the college website.

8. Further communication regarding admission will be sent to your registered email id only (Please check your spam folder also).

9. Provide only the contact information(mobile no/email id) of the applicant.

10. SC,ST applicants for Unaided Shift II Only One Application is free of cost.

11. Use the XII standard registration number to apply. Marks has to be updated within 3 days from the date of publication of the results with the link provided https://dgvc.in/downloadapplication

12.NOTE : If you have completed the payment process and have not received the application yet, we recommend waiting for 24 hours before attempting to download the application from https://dgvc.in/downloadapplication . In case you are still unable to receive your application after 24 hours, please feel free to email us your transaction ID at helpdesk@dgvaishnavcollege.edu.in. 13. 10th and 11th marks are mandatory without 10th and 11th marks you cannot submit the application. If you don’t have 11th marks get it from your school

14. CBSE Students should only upload the correct subject with the marks.

SC/ST Students should provide digital community certificate at the time of admission
